Hello, My car registration starts on the 27th June 2006. Coe renewed for 5 years on May 30th. Now I am told that my coe expire on the 31st May 2021 losing 1 month of life. Am I entitled to coe rebate of 1mth from the initial 1st 10years paid coe.
