Rule Infringed: Rule 3 of PARKING PLACES RULES(Cap. 214. R2) PARKING OTHER THAN IN A PARKING LOT. As is, what does this means, can someone please translate in English. Thank you

Hi Mr Malek! It means you didn't park in a proper designated parking lot.
