Hi Wee, please ensure that the following prerequisites are complete:
1) Your vehicle inspection is up to date.
2) You have sufficient motor insurance for the entire period you are paying road tax.
3) You do not have any outstanding fines from LTA, HDB, URA and Traffic Police.
