1. Spin It to Wheel It (herein referred to as “Lucky Draw”) is open to eligible participants who have registered for a Motorist App account.

2. The “Sure-Win” element of the Lucky Draw only applies to the first unique spin. The chances of winning a prize will be lowered to 50% for subsequent spins.

3. The prizes in the Lucky Draw are as follows: Sony Playstation 5 Console Edition, Prism+ Q65-QE Android TV, Secretlab Omega Stealth, Royal Caribbean 3D2N Ocean Getaway Cruise for 2 pax, Autobacs Car Wash, Limited Edition $10 Motorist Cash Card, Autobacs Premium Car Care Goody Bag, Esso $3 off $50 Synergy Discount Voucher, Esso $5 off $60 Synergy Supreme+ Discount Voucher, and Autobacs $10 off $50 Discount Voucher

4. Prizes are available on a while stocks last basis.

5. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Motorist reserves the right to change and vary the gift at any time, and may substitute any prize for an alternative gift of similar value without prior notice. The value of the gift will be solely determined by Motorist.

6. Motorist reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including the right to cancel the Lucky Draw in such manner as they deem fit, without prior notice or reason, and without liability to such participant or winner.

7. Participation is open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years and above at the date of entry into the Lucky Draw. Employees of Motorist Pte Ltd, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

8. Motorist accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, liability, injury or disappointment suffered by the winner entering the Lucky Draw or as a result of accepting the prize.

9. By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Motorist from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action or losses, with respect to or arising out of or related to the prize.

10. The Lucky Draw will commence on 1 April 2021 at 0000 and end on 30 April 2021 by 2359hrs.

11. Motorist will notify prize winners through the Chat feature on the Motorist App. Prize winners will be required to acknowledge the prize’s acceptance via the Chat feature to Motorist within seven (7) working days after receipt. Prizes that not accepted within 7 working days will be forfeited. Prizes that are not claimed within 30 working days from the redemption date will be forfeited as well.

12. Motorist reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, improper or late entry without disclosing or providing any reason whatsoever.

13. Motorist is not responsible for any problems with the network, hardware or software or any breakdown or failure that results in the participant’s posts or any other information becoming incomplete, damaged or lost.

14. Motorist reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Lucky Draw with or without prior notice.

15. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in all reasonable media publicity as instructed by Motorist relating to the Prize prior to and after the collection of the Prize.

16. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with Motorist’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which may be obtained from Motorist’s offices or from www.motorist.sg. By continuing to participate in this Lucky Draw, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Motorist’s conditions of use of website and Motorist’s Privacy Policy.

17. These Terms and Conditions and the Lucky Draw shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

18. Entry to the Lucky Draw is personal to the entrant. No other person has the right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of this Lucky Draw through an entrant’s entry.
