Lionel Chua was very tactful in handling the sales and very prompt on getting information required through the seller. He was very professional in handling the loan and sales transaction. My only suggestion for improvement is on the vehicle insurance which I had to pay higher than my previous insurer (hope they will more options) otherwise all is well.
