I was served by Joanna from Motorist. She is very responsive and proactive, helping me every step of the way. This is especially important to me being a first timer in the whole process. At one point the deal was at risk of being aborted due to handover timing. Joanna promptly came back with a few backup suggestions and solution. Finally, the deal went through and still she followed up and checked to see if everything is in order. This is definitely customer service at its best.
