Jun was good with the follow up, quick response and the liaison with the dealer was fuss free. Very convenient. I think what could be improved though is that at the point of quotation, highlight that the quotation is gross and may be subject to expense deductions by the dealer. I was caught by surprise on that, better to manage expectations from the start.

Jun tries hard to respond to my queries, so from my perspective, this is good. Car dealer is in my opinion not someone I will deal with again. Quoted super high price only to slash more than 30% of original price quoted. Flimsy excuses when I mentioned I actually got a better price after viewing. But I just signed the deal unhappily because I felt cornered by time to walk away and look for another dealer.
