Client Sales Executive

We are on the lookout for a proactive and engaging Client Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in expanding our footprint in the Malaysian market and driving our sales to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients as well as used car dealers.
  • Understand and cater to clients' needs, providing personalized solutions and offers primarily through phone interactions.
  • Proactively manage our pipeline of prospective warm leads and maintain accurate customer data in our systems.
  • Promote and enhance Motorist's brand image by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements

  • A robust track record in sales with stellar communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience, particularly in telesales, is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to interact professionally and effectively with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under stress.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • High motivation and target-driven attitude, focused on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, positive demeanor.
  • Skilled in telephone etiquette and maintaining a professional tone of voice.
  • Fluent in English, Malay and other languages a bonus with at least 1 year of experience in a sales-related role.
