Insurance Admin Officer

We are looking for a candidate with a high level of attention to details, ability to multi-task and well organised.

Responsibilities

  • Generate quotations from insurers and underwriters
  • Handle general administrative and operational duties
  • Perform policy processing duties for new insurance policies, renewals, amendments, cancellation, claims and etc.
  • Following up with existing clients for policy renewals
  • Attending to insurance related enquiries
  • Preparation of reports for meetings
  • Process and ensure proper documentation, records and filing

Requirements

  • 1 -2 years of working experience in administrative job
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / “O” Level / Diploma
