We are looking for a candidate with a high level of attention to details, ability to multi-task and well organised.
- Generate quotations from insurers and underwriters
- Handle general administrative and operational duties
- Perform policy processing duties for new insurance policies, renewals, amendments, cancellation, claims and etc.
- Following up with existing clients for policy renewals
- Attending to insurance related enquiries
- Preparation of reports for meetings
- Process and ensure proper documentation, records and filing
- 1 -2 years of working experience in administrative job
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / “O” Level / Diploma
