Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team members to achieve sales target
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
- Be a role model for the team
- Support in hiring and recruitment of team members
- Develop and manage good relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Advise on available solutions
- Promote positive brand image of motorist by maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Strong, proven track record in sales
- Experience in consignment car sales
- Familiar with car sales, car loans and insurance renewal practices in Singapore
- Openness to share knowledge with team members
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong positive mindset and able to motivate others
