HR Generalist

Motorist is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to be part of our rapidly growing team. This role will focus on strategic human capital management as the company evolving its culture and processes from a start-up towards a high performing organization. HR Generalist will help to strengthen company’s culture and value through all types of program or activities; develop employee communication channel, strengthen employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Handling the full function of a HR generalist spectrum which includes Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Budgeting, Employee Relations
  • Provide strategic direction in change management and culture project
  • Handles current employment contracts and employment related letters, onboarding/exit documentation and processes, maintenance of employees’ personnel file, payroll integration and verification
  • Lead and coordinate key HR annual processes such as annual performance evaluation, salary review and annual budgeting that includes, employee recognition, company events and benefits/rewards administration
  • End to end talent acquisition both locally and within APAC; which includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing job posting portals and agencies, and coordinating and participating in the interviews and reference checks; establish recruiting and hiring processes & practices
  • Manage in-house employee training and development system including training-needs assessments, employee on-boarding and orientation, 360 review; manage training and development budget
  • Implement employee-relations engagement activities necessary to promote a high level of employee morale and motivation


Administration and Facilities Management Responsibilities

  • Provide general care, maintenance and services for the upkeep of the office environment
  • Setup and maintain office computers
  • Sourcing and management of external vendors and service providers with annual review
  • Application and follow-up of grants


Requirements

  • IS personality (DISC test) is preferred
  • A People's person with attitude and aptitude to lead and manage Human Resource activities
  • At least 3-5 years’ Human Resources Generalist experience

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business/Organization Development or equivalent; with
