Light goods vehicles shall be affixed with a speed limit label displaying 70km/h. However, such vehicles will still be subject to a maximum vehicle speed of 60km/h when carrying workers on the vehicles' cargo decks/compartments.

Only small buses with seat belts inspected and approved by LTA can affix a speed limit label of 70 km/h. Small buses without seat belts will still be affixed with a 60km/h speed limit label.
