My son was involved in a hit and run on 8th Feb 2020 between 2230 to 2315. The vehicle failed to call for medical assistance but instead gave him $10. An eye witness came down to assist him, but the driver drove off without leaving any details. An eye witness managed to get the car plate number, which was either SKD4344 or SKD4244. It was a silver saloon car. Can you assist me?

The witness request will help you and your son have more leverage in finding the car plate number of the silver saloon. It's not compulsory, but I think it will help you greatly.
